Amazing dress!
Nice material, not too thick, not too thin, just right. Comfortable, hugs all the curves, sexy and classy. Haven't loved a rental this much in a long time. Tons of compliments, no cons from me.

Fun coat that grabs a lot of attention! Very warm too, overall true to size. Better with a heel than with a flat shoe, glams it up a bit.

Cute and flirty
Super fun and flirty! Ran true to size and I wore it with a black halter bra. You could see some of the bra bc parts of the dress are see through but it actually worked and almost looked like part of the dress.

Perfect Vegas dress!
Hot dress! If I wasn't wearing it for a night out in Vegas I may not have had the nerve because it is really, really short. But for Vegas it was perfect. Runs true to size and simple to wear - I used a backless stick on bra and it worked well! For the right event or location it's a fun one!

Great LBD
Really liked this dress for a night out in Vegas. Rented the M with L as backup. Both fit but I went with the L for a little extra room. Fairly basic, not a lot of bells and whistles on this one, but sometimes less is more. It's a great blank canvas that you can really dress up with fun heels and accessories.

First Disappointing RTR Rental
Did not care for this dress at all. When you look at it up close I thought it looked tacky and cheaply made. It was also SUPER short. I had rented it for a work holiday party, so I knew it wasn't going to work once I saw how short it was on. I thought the low back made the overall fit odd and uncomfortable (which was true of both sizes, the 6 and my backup size which was 8). Make sure you try your rental on as soon as it is delivered. Rookie mistake on my part but b/c I've always loved everything from RTR before, I didn't bother until the night before the event. Luckily I had a dress in my closet that worked for my event, but I had to eat the money from this rental b/c it was past the point I could return it for credit.

Cute, versatile dress
As a PRO member I had a $50 credit for a birthday rental so I decided to get something to wear for my birthday. Since it's during the week this year I wanted something that would be both a) appropriate for work and b) fun to wear out to happy hour at night. When the dress came I thought it looked a little small (back up size wasn't available), but once I tried it on I realized that this runs really true to size. It's also a nice, thick material so it masks any flaws you may want to camoflauge! Once thing about this dress is that it was longer than I thought it would be, down to my knees. I thought it looked a tad too formal and dressy for work and happy hour so I decided to wear it with leggings and heels. Paired it with the Kenneth Jay Lane Mod Squared Necklace and loved the way it looked. This would be the perfect dress for a business conference with dinner afterwards.

Fun dress for work or play!
I rented this dress for my work holiday party. I ended up wearing my back up size of 8 to the party, but the 6 fit as well. I wore the 6 during the day with a blazer and black pumps to a conference and then later that night with boots and a jacket. I wore the 8 to the party with tights and dressier pumps (which I didn't get a picture of). It was a fun dress...kept it classy for a work party, but still added a little touch of shimmer. Classy is sexy too, and I felt great in this dress, got lots of compliments and had a very fun time in it :-).

Fun and roomy clutch!
When I got this I was surprised at how big it was. I was expecting a smaller clutch, but this had a lot of room to put all essentials and then some in there. I used it for a cocktail party and then the next day I ended up using it as a purse while I walked around NYC since it was roomier than the wristlet I had with me. It has a shoulder strap that you can use and is actually long enough to make it a cross body bag, or you can tuck it in and use it just as a clutch.

Versatile LBD!
I rented the 6 with the 8 as my backup and actually ended up wearing both sizes to two different events. For a cocktail party in NYC I ended up going with the 8 and then back in L.A. I wore the 6 to an art show. I honestly couldn't tell much difference in the size, so I'd say this runs pretty true to size, maybe size up if you want a little extra room. This is a great LBD that is both sexy and classy though and can be dressed up or down. For the NYC cocktail party I paired it with a gold Kate Spade clutch (also from RTR!) and gold heels and then for the L.A. art show I wore booties and threw a cardigan over it to make it a bit more casual. Another great experience all around though - I actually had the dress shipped to my hotel in NYC which was nice b/c I didn't have to pack it. I brought it back home and was able to wear it to a second event and ship it back with the shipping envelope provided. I've used RTR quite a bit this year, and it never ceases to amaze me how easy and fun it is to use their service.

My first Herve Leger rental, and I loved it! I rented the Medium with the Large as a backup, and I had to go with the Large. I agree with the other reviews that the material of the dress does sort of act like spanx on it's own, but I also watched what I ate and drank lots of water before wearing it to make sure I was slim enough in the middle and still needed one size up from my normal size. Wore it out for a night in Vegas with the girls, and I felt really sexy in it. Deduced one star b/c I did have to pull up the very top of it all night as my bra kept peeking out.

Pretty color, went well with the dress I rented
I rented these earrings as my accessory to the Herve Leger Whiplash of Color dress (I think that's the formal name of it). The color of the earrings accented the dress perfectly. They are clip-ons (which I suppose they'd have to be when you're renting them out for multiple people to use - hygiene!), so they were a tad heavy by the end of the night but still fun to wear.

Fun dress for Vegas!
I rented this as my backup dress and ended up wearing it the second night we were in Vegas (girls weekend). It's the perfect dress for Vegas - short and shiny! Like other reviewers I do agree that it runs large as I fit into the small and typically wear a medium or equivalent. The sequins under the arms are a tad annoying, but nothing major. Overall it was a fun dress to wear, but not my absolute favorite...even with the small I still felt like it was a bit too big and wasn't as flattering as it could have been.

My favorite RTR dress yet!
This is the 3rd dress I've rented from RTR, and I LOVED it! I ordered the 6R with the 6L as the backup. I ended up wearing the 6R, and even with 3.5 inch wedges it was still a little long. Other than that it fit perfectly. It fits a little tight at the bust, but that really holds you in, so I didn't even need to wear a bra. The colors are gorgeous, and it's so flattering. The cut at the bust really accentuates your curves making it sexy but still classy. It was so fun to wear - flowy and swishy, I just adored it. I wore it to a wedding rehearsal dinner, and for the right occasion I would definitely rent it again.

Pretty and popular
I had previously rented the Nicole Miller Pretty Woman dress which is basically this dress in black. I loved that one so much that I thought I'd try the style in another color for a wedding I was invited to. It was really pretty and fit well. Since I had rented the same style before, I knew what to expect. Rented the M with the L as my backup. Ended up wearing the L just to have a little more breathing room. The one thing that was a bit annoying was that the little cap sleeves seemed to be big or maybe stretched out. I felt like I had to be very conscious all night of pulling it up to make sure my bra didn't show. I don't remember having to do that with the black version of this dress. The color is more blue in person, but very pretty. It's sexy but classy. Word of warning though - this dress seems to be very popular as another girl at the wedding showed up in the same.exact.dress. She had also rented it from RTR, what are the chances!

Definitely a statement ring!
Don't have any close up pictures of the ring with the dress I rented, but it went very well with the Nicole Miller Fair Lady dress in the purple/blue color. It's very pretty, and I just added some dangly earrings to complete my jewelry look. Big earrings, big ring, nothing else. It did catch on the dress a few times since the dress is lace, so that is something to watch out for.

What a great deal!
When I saw the Summer Style Pass deal I knew I couldn't pass it up. 3 dresses and an accessory to go with each for $225? Can't beat it! Some limitations apply, but there really wasn't anything in the 'fine print' that made me think twice about this as it's pretty fair. I rented the Nicole Miller Pretty Woman dress for a wedding I attended. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole Rent the Runway experience. I ended up wearing the Large just because the Medium was a tiny bit too snug and I didn't want to be uncomfortable all night. It fit like a glove, and I received a ton of compliments on it. One woman stopped me multiple times to say how much she liked it! Would definitely use RTR again, and I may rent the other Nicole Miller dresses for another wedding I have coming up.
