LOVE
I love this piece and haven't even given it back yet. Plan to wear multiple times. Like the name suggests, it is made of THICK towel material and trimmed with grosgrain ribbon. There is NO give. Arms are right, but nice for those that are long limbed.

Odd fit for a tunic
This is quite fitted for a tunic. Not bad, but not what was expected. I did like the side slit, but felt constrained in it.

Very LONG sleeves.
Sleeves are almost always too short for me - not on this one. VERY LONG sleeves. Knit was beginning to look a bit tired, but it was still cute for running errands, etc.

I absolutely loved wearing this gown. the bodice is a fully boned corset with no room for negotiation. The skirt is a little more forgiving. If your ribcage is a trouble spot for you (as mine is), be prepared to go up a size.

I was worried that this would be scratchy, but its soft on the inside. Sleeves were long enough for a tall girl - so pleased! The back has a cute exposed zipper detail.

The cut of this coat looks great from the side, but the A-line cut makes you look bigger from the front view. I really wanted to love this, but... no.

Exactly as expected.
RTR may want to rethink shipping this item on a hanger... shoulder dimples. This one arrived with tags and it was fun to borrow a new sweater. It fit exactly as I expected and I wore it multiple times. I am relatively tall and I was pleased to find that the sleeves were long enough - that is not my usual experience. Yay! It has a split hem and is a tad longer in the back. I'm a fan of the half-tuck; it worked great. Overall, this sweater is nothing special, but it's cute for every day.

This one is for the tall girls!
I'm 5'9" and this sweater coat swallowed me. However, I still wore it and got compliments. The fabric is warm and cozy, but not heavy enough to drape well (it felt tent-like). This piece is lined, has pockets, and high side slits that give it swing. It was a bit scratchy on my neck. If you do it, go skinny (and monochromatic) underneath.

I sized up on this (I am a pretty firm medium) and got the Large. I could zip it up, but it was visibly tight in the bust and rib cage area. Shoulders, sleeves, hips were fine. I had to send it back for a swap.

Attention getter. I had two strangers stop me to say how much the liked this outfit.
The fabric on this is a standout! The length of the shorts is perfect, I wore it with heeled sandals and didn't feel obnoxious in it. The waist was a tad tight for my non-curvy figure, but it was not unwearable. The wrap top is going to show some cleavage, you need a plunge bra and then you just need to go with it.

Nice quality. Fully embroidered.
Fits well. I am between a B/C cup and it fit great. Any bigger and the buttons would have been bulging. The elastic at the bottom of the sleeves was just a tad tight and left marks on my arms. The shorts where just the right length. I wore it with espadrille wedges - got plenty of compliments and no evil side eye.

Cute, but too short.
First off (this is not the fault of RTR), you will need to press the little ruffles on the sleeves when it arrives. They look great, after a pressing. I think the shorts on this would look more appropriate if the bottom half of the garement were a tailored fit. The looseness of the skirt made the shortness seem all the more inappropriate - I was getting a lot of side eye. I have long legs so an inch or two in added length would have helped a lot.

The fabric is too lightweight to have a nice drape. It made me look larger, not flattering.
I am tall, lean, and long-limbed. I typically like long, drapey styles but this dress has no shape and does not look good because the fabric doesn't drape nicely. This fabric is too flowy and hangs away from the body. It didn't flatter me.
