These earnings are very stunning and pretty. I wore them for my engagement party so I wanted a pair of earrings that would be the "icing on top of my cake." My dress and shoes already had a lot of sparkle accents but these earrings added just the right touch without cheapening my style. I was slightly disappointing when I received them in the mail because they were very lightweight and didn't give off an impression of expensive genuine crystals, like Swarovski. However, I don't feel like that was something other people could tell while I was wearing them and I'm not going to complain about lightweight earrings! They were very easy to wear and manage throughout the night. Overall, I was satisfied and loved them with my outfit. Get them if you are looking for a more vintage/retro style that says "old money." Perfect for weddings or black-tie affairs.

This dress was the perfect look for my engagement party. It was classic cocktail attire and very age appropriate. The front is preppy and tailored and the open back adds that subtle amount of sexiness that every girl wants! The only con I had was that it felt a little worn. Although this is a rental site a couple of repairs were needed for the lace overlay on the cap sleeve, but that didn't disappoint me in this experience. I got numerous compliments throughout the night on my outfit. I paired it with a pair of nude peep-toe pumps covered in rhinestones. I was searching for dressy sandals like the model is wearing but felt that this dress called for a little more coverage on the feet, depending on the time of year of your event. The earrings I wore with it went perfectly and added a nice amount of bling without overdoing it. The dress is more of a light taupe color then what is shown in the picture and the lace overlay is almost beige. The dress embellishment is a metallic slate grey so you can really wear gold or silver jewelry with this dress - it's so versatile! All-in-all I had a great experience with this dress, thanks to all of the people who reviewed before me, and I plan to rent from not only RTR but Slate & Willow again in the future.
