It doesn't lay right most of the time
It doesn't lay as flat as the picture would suggest; the end pieces pop up annoyingly no matter where you clasp it, but it was a good addition to the overall look and I got tons of compliments - I did this for glam, a green tommy hilfiger dress for a pop of color, and a brown tweed jacket to make me look like the courtroom lawyer I am.

Good but nothing to write home about.
It was a tiny bit less formed than I expected, and the sleeves were very long, but it was nice and appropriate and I got lots of compliments with the green Tommy Hilfiger dress and gold statement necklace I paired it with, so my advice is use this as your "grounding" piece.

Heavier than it looks
I wore a one-piece shapewear underneath and a brown tweed blazer over it, with nude heels and a statement gold necklace. I wore it to court and got tons of compliments. The material is heavy and work-appropriate.
