Cute and flattering!
The dress is cute and flattering when worn with heels. It is a bit on the short side for the office, but great for a night out. I considered wearing it with black tights because of the cold weather, and then decided against it - the look was too heavy / unbalanced.

Great with a black tank and cropped cardigan
I originally got this to wear with matching turtleneck. Unfortunately, the fit of the turtleneck was not flattering for my athletic build, and the color-blocking across the top and bottom was too much. The skirt was slightly form-fitting, but not too much so. Note: if you tuck in a top, the material of the skirt can be unforgiving - either wear nylons to keep everything smooth or wear a top that is not heavy in material.
