Black tie wedding and my husband was a groomsmen so I wanted to make sure I looked perfect for the special wedding! Ordered a size 4 (my regular size), went with a size 2 for backup (based on comments that the stomach area and top were a little loose. The size 2 fit perfectly. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the sheer slip inside the dress. It looks like it supposed to hang a little below the hem but to be honest, it looked messy. I thought women would come up to me and tell me,"Hon, your slip is hanging out." So I rolled and taped (used the double sided tape for clothes) it underneath my boob line (super easy fix) and it stayed in place all night. Also, no strapless bra needed - the size 2 held everything in place. Received a TON of compliments --also rented the earrings: Crislu Teardrop Sparkle Earrings. So... when's my next wedding? Can't wait to rent AGAIN.

I have very skinny wrists so I pushed the bangles up my arm - a little below my elbow and they stayed in place for the night. Gorgeous, really...loved them. Perfect amount of 'bling' to my outfit. Can RTR do a sale of previously rented items? Because I would buy this in a second!

I initially ordered this dress for a fancy date night with my fiancee. Little did I know our date night was really a surprise engagement party! I decided to buy a small blazer to cover my shoulders because I figured the restaurant for our date night would be cold. It turns out that it actually helped hide the top of the dress- it was too big on me. The waist fit perfectly (the seam was ripped at the zipper but it was too late to find something else and the blazer covered that). All in all the $135 I spent could've gotten me something that fit better so I wouldn't be tugging at my dress all night. This dress wasn't available in 2 sizes due to waiting a week before. Overall I guess I could be more upset about the tear and the looseness of the dress but I wasn't at a wedding, where I would've wanted to wear a strapless dress. The top of this dress is soft, it really has to fit because there isn't any boning to keep it in place.

I ordered a small and was worried because I'm a curvy size 4. I ended up wearing the XS because the body of the dress was/is roomy (which was great since I enjoyed the wedding food!). The rear is snug but do-able. I did walk around a bit to make sure my dress wouldn't ride up throughout the wedding. The sleeves of the dress were also a bit tight, but I was prepared for that when I read previous reviews. The dress does not have large sequins, it's understated and very classy. I received a lot of compliments on the dress. Because the wedding was Oct. I decided to wear a sheer stocking even thought girlfriends recommended I go with a naked leg. I would reserve that for summer months, this dress is a mini. I'm 5'3" and it came up to my mid thigh standing and a little higher when I sat for dinner.
