Comfortable
Wanted to feel covered up but at the same time form fitting. Did the trick. Slit was perfect height and laid at the right spot on the leg. The puffy part of the sleeves didn't lay at the right part of my shoulder so it looked funny but overall it was a nice dress.

The slit started at my hip bone ! I am not tall! Too high for a formal event. Sad too because I loved it otherwise.

Pear shape beware !
I love love love the color and style of the dress. I have pretty large hips with a smaller upper body so after reading reviews about how it was tight on everyone's hips I sized up. It was still tight on my hips! And soo large on my upper body. I could have gotten away with it if I had nothing else to wear but thankfully had another choice. Still sad about this one.

the arm were a little tight, i couldn't put my arms above my head without fear of ripping the dress but they were fine if when I wasn't dancing wildly. The chest area was a little tight which surprised me because I have a small chest. This dress is GREAT for pear shaped bodies ! My butt and legs are double the size of my top half and are usually an issue when I'm trying to figure out sizing. For this dress I went with sizing for my top half and it worked out perfectly!

The color is amazing !
I ordered this dress for a bridal shower but it was too short and felt too inappropriate to wear because of how thick my bottom half is. Someone with a thinner bottom half it might have been fine. It was great for a night out though so I decided to wear it that night. I got so many compliments on the color and it was really comfortable. I got a 6 and 8 and both fit fine but I decided to wear the 8 because of a little extra length.
