This was the backup size but unfortunately the 12L was unable to ship. I was nervous I would not fit but thankfully it was perfect! I am a 34G so I wore this with a low back corset bra but if you are a smaller cup size, you may be able to get away without it. The length was perfect with 3.5" heels though I also wore near flat sandals to the after party and it was still great. I loved how comfortable this dress was for a black tie wedding in the heat of DC August. The way the skirt moves when you walk is amazing. I cannot recommend this dress enough! The one down side was how difficult it was to zip - I needed to run a bar of soap over the zipper in order to help things along and I definitely could not have zipped it up alone.

I rented this for a wedding but it was a bit snug and the overall look with the top did not suit my body. As others have said, the skirt is a wonderful heavy material and looks great on. The high waist is fairly snug and I needed some help to clasp it due to the weight of the skirt. Wish this had worked for me but it is worth renting!

This dress was a last minute replacement and worked very well. I have broad shoulders and a large bust but not much of hips or butt so I was worried that it would be too baggy but it was mostly fine. This may mean that more hourglass or pear shapes may need to size up as a backup. The slit made it easy to walk and dance. The dress was about an inch too long with 3" heels and my heel caught in it a few times. Overall, I would recommend renting this dress!

I wore this for a Valentine's wedding in Brooklyn and was very happy with my choice. The dress itself has an easy elastic waist, conducive to eating and drinking the night away. Like other renters, there was no belt with either size of my rental so I used a black and gold belt I had on hand. I am very busty (34G) and had comfortable room in the chest, though I can see where it may be too baggy for those with smaller chests. I chose to use some double-sided tape to keep the neckline a tad more open as using the convenient modesty-snap was looked a bit strange with my bust. I loved the dress for the wedding night!

While the dress fit well and was comfortable, I did not like the look of the faux-leather in person. It had a cheap feel and looked awkward when moving. Since I was going to attend a wedding with dancing, I chose to wear another dress. This is a dress that would likely be a better choice for a more static affair and with a blazer on top.

I really enjoyed this dress. I am very busty (34G) but without the corresponding hips/butt. This was a back-up dress that ended up being perfect. It fit comfortably in the chest and shoulders with the bonus that I was able to wear a normal bra with it. While it did show cleavage, it was not absurd or overwhelming. Additionally, it was not too loose on the bottom half of the dress such that (unlike many other where it gapes away from my "hips"). The red is a knockout color and I would be happy to rent it again!

This was an easy pick for a fall wedding especially since I could wear a normal bra for the entire day and night affair. I normally wear a 10 but the 8 fit like a dream. The only thing that I needed to pay attention to was to make sure the inner tie of the wrap was staying tied- it was a wedding and there was a lot of dancing involved. Overall I was happy with how easy and comfortable the dress was to wear and it photographed beautifully!

This dress fit true to size and was the easiest thing I have ever worn. It was my back-up dress for a wedding that I attended while on crutches and it fit perfectly and was incredibly comfortable. It fit my large bust but did not gape on the rest of my body as can often happen for me since I completely lack hips or a but. Rent this for dancing and you won't regret it!

I rented this in the 10 and the 12 for a wedding but the fit was very strange at the waist. I have very narrow hips and a small butt but it was even a bit tight for me. The "belt" did not stay snapped when I moved so I opted for my back up dress. So sad this didn't work out!
