I wore this to a ranch wedding, and it was perfect. Pros: material flowed beautifully, print was bold, and fit was TTS. Cons: some portions of the lace were ripped when I received the dress. Luckily, you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at it.

The fabric is fantastic, hugging your body and keeping it's shape at the same time. Loved the richness of the green. The neckline had a tendency of widening when I sat down (double sided tape helped). A few inches long for me (I'm 5'1 and was wearing 4 inch heels). Otherwise, really happy with this dress!

The other reviewers are right - the collar looks worn. This is an otherwise beautiful dress (fabric, cut, colors, texture). My advice is to size up - especially if it's for work. The lack of stretch means this dress hugs everything.
