Cold weather cocktail ready
I was seated at the coldest location in my friend's wedding and was the only woman who didn't need to borrow a jacket as long as I had my napkin draped across my legs.

Perfect for mid-fall in the northeast
Now that I live in a tropical environment, I rely on renting outerwear for my visits back home to the northeast US. This coat was perfect for evenings that dropped to the low 40s and was adequate for running between venues and cars/trains in the mid-20s when paired with a scarf. I got plenty of compliments as well.

Lovely but low cut
Very low cut, as many others have said. The camisole underneath made it more appropriate for the event and didn't seem to cheapen the look.

I wore this for a New England fall vacation that included a bachelor’s party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding with regular outings in between and received so many compliments! The large sleeves would definitely get annoying for everyday wear, but for cocktail attire events, it was classy, stylish, and appropriate.
