This dress was a free backup option. I ended up going with my original but had I gotten this in the correct size, I would have been fine with wearing it! The color is very pretty and striking. The fit is a little looser than your typical form fitting sheath. I ordered the 2R but should have gotten the 0R. Also, I would have probably had to wear a strapless bra for support and that would have been a bummer. It is on the thinner side of materials for a cocktail dress so this would be great for a summer or spring wedding! All in all, not my favorite rental but with the right size, I certainly would have been happy wearing it.

I have never felt more chic–and I use RTR a lot. I wore this to a black tie optional wedding and it was the perfect level of formality. I ended up wearing the XSR which was a perfect fit. I'm normally a 2 or sometimes a 0 and this XSR fit perfectly. Also, no need to wear a bra. If you're any shorter than 5'6" then this may be a little awkward in length. Cannot reco enough. This may be may favorite rental ever.

I usually have a 2 as my backup and just as other reviewers said, this dress ran small. The 2 barely fit but it does have a little give so I was able to make it work. I got tons of compliments and felt great in the dress. Was able to dance and move around all night without a problem. One of my favorite rentals!

As usual, this Elizabeth & James ran small and a tad short. Typically I wear a 0 or 2 but I felt most comfortable in the 4. The dress was pretty short for me (I'm 5'6") and I felt slightly self conscious but got over it! Great material and quality. And so flattering!

This dress was perfect for my friends black tie optional wedding. I'm normally a 0 but Elizabeth and James runs very small. So I got the 2 and the 4. The 2 fit like a glove but in heels (I'm 5'6") it was just a tad too short. I wore the 4 because it was the perfect length and knew I'd be able to dance easier in it. I got so many compliments all night and I felt like eyes were on me (in a good way). The color is beautiful and the dress is sexy in a very classy way. RENT THIS!!!

I wore this dress for an October wedding. Normally I don't have my chest on display much but if I do, I try to wear the dress/outfit with confidence. This outfit though...waaaaaaay too much cleavage. It was borderline inappropriate for a wedding. Also, this dress runs small. I normally wear a 0 an even though I did cram into it, it was only because I felt it made my boobs look slightly less in-your-face. This dress is very well made and very thick. Which makes the zipper a pain to deal with. Alas, it's a stunning dress and though I don't recommend this to someone who has a slightly fuller chest for their frame, it would be great on someone small-chested.
