Gorgeous fabric and cute fit/style but it is very short! I normally wear a size 2/4… I rented the 2 and 4 for back up. The 2 fit perfectly everywhere except it was inappropriately short (like barely covered my butt cheeks--no bending over or sitting down!) so I wore the 4 even though it was a big baggy in the stomach and hips. It was fine though and went with the shift style of the dress, but if you are on the taller side and want something fitted but not short i wouldn't recommend this dress. All in all, i got lots of compliments and it was a cute/comfy dress to wear for a dinner party!

This dress was not something I would ever normally wear (just not really my style) but it was one of the sale items for NYE rentals and I had a credit so I decided to try it. The fabric is ok. It just reminded me of old curtains or an old tablecloth or something. It's a very heavy brocade sort of fabric. Like everyone else said more pink/mauve with silver and gold lace overlay. I thought the bottom half of the dress was flattering, but not the top. The shoulders have this weird routing/bunching that I tried to show in the second pic. I hated that detail. It was not flattering. I have narrow hips and a large bust (inverted triangle body type) so according to all the other reviews I would be the ideal body type for this dress, but I still found the top big and unflattering. RTR service was good, I really liked the NYE tiara they included.

I loved this earrings. Super light weight and comfortable. Felt elegant and glamorous. They are also quite unique. HOWEVER, RTR needs to think about retiring these earrings. Some of the beads are apparently painted blue and the paint is fading--it was quite noticeable to me but obviously from further it wouldn't be such a big deal. It was pretty disappointing for me though--looked like a few too many people had run oily fingers over them r something to fade the paint, etc. In general, they looked quite worn. I understand RTR is rentals but for the price you would expect a little better quality rentals/earrings that were maintained and properly cared for.

This dress is beautiful and flattering. Fun to wear, feels special and girly. HOWEVER, RTR needs to think about retiring or attempting to repair dresses that have been worn too many times. I understand that I am renting a used dress, but both sizes of this dress that I got had SEVERAL holes in the lace. I know lace is a tough material to keep in great shape but the lace where it was torn in some places really stuck out.... I'm sure it wasn't too noticeable but it bothered me. It looks like quite a few bracelets, handbags, etc have gotten stuck and torn it. I also think the dress runs a tiny bit small--especially in the chest--but I was still able to wear my normal size (just without a bra).

Yes, it runs a bit snug. I typically wear a 4 or 6 but rented the 6 and 8 due to previous reviews. Both sizes fit (the 6 better up top, the 8 slightly better in the hips) but unfortunately both sizes were inappropriately short. I love short dresses and it almost would have been ok if it wasn't such a fitted dress (combo of fitting and length made it inappropriately sexy on me) I was planning to wear with opaque black tights but still both dresses barely covered my butt and I wouldn't be able to sit down! Had to send them back without wearing. Am waiting for my RTR credit so I can rent again.

This dress was way too big on me. I typically wear a 4 or a 6 and they didn't have a 4 available for my dates so I rented the 6 but it was huge--I was swimming in it which was unflattering so I returned it and didn't wear it. I think I would have needed the 2. Otherwise, it is a very pretty dress and super cute/easy to wear style. My only other issue was that this dress was clearly well worn.... the top layer is a delicate material and had several pulls from previous wears.... it kind of looked like it needed to be retired at this point.
