I would have gone for a smaller size but may have worried it wouldn’t have fit in the hips It is sheer on top so I wore a full black bra under which was slightly visible (I think this is fine if you have a nice black bra for underneath)

Dress is awesome. Super form fitting but comfortable. The slit is sexy and well placed.
Would be good for parties, vacations , nights out It’s not uncomfortably tight. Very comfortable My sister also wore it one night and has broader shoulders which it also complimented well Not too short
