best throw on skirt
so easy to wear in warm weather, super light (a little see through in light so pick appropriate undergarments!) and comfy. loved throwing it on with a tank

fun dress, not the best fit
loved the cottage core vibes of this dress, was very attracted to print and style of it. overall fit was all right, in line with most Madewell items in that I feel there’s always one thing that’s just *off*…the sleeves gave a garter but they are just sort of baggy (at least on me) so felt pointless and looked a little sloppy. the shoulders also kept slipping down so that was just annoying. overall cute to wear a few times but not something I’d rent again or consider buying.

such a fun and comfy dress!!
felt very chic in this dress like I was heading to tea at the plaza! so comfy, super fun flair and didn’t need a bra. sturdy fabric so won’t easily blow up and doesn’t feel cheap. didn’t end up wearing due to change of plans but so would rent again!

ordered this as a consideration for a wedding guest dress and it just felt a bit too conservative for my taste. I saw some other reviewers mention this but I liked the print and cut seemed all right so figured how bad could it be? it felt almost matronly on me and wasn’t very flattering around the waist for me. bummer because print was cute!

fun gothy grunge chic but…
had fun wearing this out to a show with an friend—it was very 90s gothy grunge and I got to live out my girly punk dreams! wore with a longer black long sleeve on top since it was chilly and belted it. my only qualm was that the back is longer than the back and I kept stepping on it while walking. I even for heeled booties since it would sweeping the floor if I wore flats. felt dangerous to keep stepping on it and since the fabric is thin and meshy, it seemed like this could lead to easy rips.

love this fun and flirty dress!
felt so cute in this dress, originally rented for a wedding that I wasn’t able to make it too but ended up wearing it out to dinner. loved the floral print and the tie by the chest / leg slit felt just flirty enough! usually a 10 in dresses but sized up in case and was comfortable in a 12. didn’t wear a bra, the tie felt like to enough hold the girls together!
