I usually wear a 4 or a 6 depending on the cut or my size fluctuations. And I ordered a size 4 and size 6 jacket. Both were too big. I’m short and over-sized clothing isn’t complimentary on my figure. I think it can be for other people, but not on me. I never ended up wearing the jacket. I also disliked the shoulder pads. I also found myself wishing for a stiffer material. The jacket has a relaxed (maybe cotton blend?) and I would’ve had to have ironed it before wearing it. I think my review is an outlier compared to all the rave reviews. I wanted to like it. The good side of my review is that the jacket color was as pictured and was very summery.

The dress was a little long. I’m 5’2” and needed to wear heels to make it work. Also the bust area on the medium was slightly loose and I’m lucky the size small dress fit me. I didn’t need to wear a bra with the smaller size. Overall, I felt like the belle of the ball! Also it is a heavier dress due to all of the sequins sewn into it - but it feels and looks beautiful and expensive.

The fit was true to size except for the black waistband. I found it unforgiving and hard to relax in it. I couldn't be comfortable because it was tight to the point of being restrictive. I was very disappointed that I couldn't wear this beautiful dress in either the size 4 or the 6. I'm also 5'2" so the even though the 6R ran a little long, the waistband was still too tight. Also, I would have needed to wear a strapless bra in this dress because there's not enough supportive material in the bust (which is something I try to avoid if possible). Overall, beautiful dress but I couldn't wear it. Be sure you have a tiny waist!

I wore this for my company retreat. It was during late summer and the fabric was breathable but also was wrinkle resistant. I didn't wear a bra with this dress as the material and fit do enough to give support while still being work appropriate. I'm a little short but the dress length still worked great as it only slightly covered my knees. Felt sexy and comfortable! I could even eat a light dinner in this dress. Fabric wasn't too restrictive.

This dress was flowy and felt elegant yet sexy. I received A LOT of compliments on this dress! I loved it so much I wish I owned it. With heels the length worked just perfectly (with the size 6 petite....not sure I was sent the size 4 in a petite because the hem was way too long for me even with heels on). I also wore this dress during an outdoor wedding in a September and the length kept me warm until the very end. I also wasn't restricted during dinner. The dress fit perfectly but still allowed room for me to eat normally and dance. Definitely will rent again!
