I couldn't get my arms past my head, super tight around the shoulders like the other reviews said. I wouldn't rent again, too bad because it's a great conservative design for work.

Versatile romper
I wore it to my son's bday during day and then dresses it up with heels for an evening of dancing. Straps didn't need to be adjusted for me, if you're smaller chested then perhaps. Length was perfect for a short girl like me and the color is a vibrant red-orange!
