I really loved this, but unfortunately it arrived broken!!! The inner bra hooks were broken, which was disappointing. That being said, I still wore the dress and really enjoyed it. This is definitely a super fitted Herve and amazingly flattering. It holds you in even after dinner and plenty of champagne! In terms of sizing, while they all are some are a bit more stretchy than others, and this one is less on the stretchy side. If you are between sizes you will probably want to err on the side of the larger size. Also, it's a bit tighter on the bottom than the top. Normally dresses are the reverse on me for my shape, so if you're a little bit more pear shaped keep that in mind when choosing your size.

I have rented a lot of Herves in the past but this was definitely one of my favorites! The fabric is super tight so it holds you in while the design of the dress creates an extra optical illusion. Love love love this dress. I'm 5'10 and had to roll up the bottom a little bit to make it a bit shorter and more flattering, but honestly no one could tell. Keep this in mind though, if you are on the shorter side it will be at your knees. But love this!

This is actually the second time I've worn this dress and I adore it. It definitely fits true to size... I'm usually 4-6 (athletic build) so I went with the S. Could have possibly gotten into the XS but I'm one of those wider up top people. So, that being said, if you have a size 34" bust or below you may want to go for the XS. These dresses have also been worn a lot so there is a tiny bit extra stretch to them, so if you really want something TIGHT I would size down. Either way, the colors are amazing and it is super flattering.

Everywhere runs true to size except for the top... I'm about a 36B and normally 4-6 fit me, but even the 6 was a bit tight in the top area. So, if you have a large chest or just a bigger ribcage make sure you get the larger size when choosing (if you are between sizes). It's a gorgeous dress though! Sad I didn't get to wear it.

Definitely fits on the larger size, go with a size smaller than you normally would. The dress is really pretty and fits well. However, it does make your midsection look a little bit thicker, so if you are one of those girls (unfortunately like me) with not much of an hourglass figure and more boyish/athletic shaped, it may accentuate that due to the amount of midsection fabric. However, it would certainly hide any flaws in that area! Super comfy and a bit longer than it looks in the picture, so if you are thinking you want something on the shorter side this probably isn't the ideal dress. More like knee length.

I loved this dress!!! I rented two dresses from RTR, this one and another Nicole miller. I decided on the other, but it was a seriously tough decision. This dress is gorgeous and super flattering. I think that over time it may have stretched out, hence why earlier reviews say it runs small. I think it runs large. I am usually a 6 in new Nicole Miller but in this I was easily a 4. There is a ton of stretch in the dress so if you want a tight fit, go for the 4. The color is also pretty amazing, really flattering and a nice change from the normal black. The best part was despite being strapless this dress really stayed in place when I moved around when deciding which dress to wear. It's also a nice length for girls who don't want to show too much leg. Order this dress!

This dress is extremely flattering. I wore it out to dinner and it kept my stomach looking flat (despite eating) and then I could go out dancing afterward and it stayed put and didn't slide up too much. I am 5'10, and it was pretty short, so depending on your height think about that. A lot of people mention these dresses run small, I think they have probably stretched out over time. I am usually a size 6 in new Nicole Miller but in the RTR Nicole Millers I have been a 4. Either way, there is a ton of stretch in this dress so I would recommend the size down if you want a snug bodycon fit. There is also padding in the chest area, so for those of you who want an extra lift this will do it, for sure. I know I could always use some help. Great dress!!! Highly recommend and the color is beautiful.

I did not like the fabric of this dress. It was almost like denim - which does not appear in the photo. It does not give very much either so if you are looking for something with a little bit of stretch this is not the dress for you.
