Flattering, easy dress
I LOVE this dress and wish it was more reasonably priced to buy!! Super flattering and easy for work. I am 5'6, 125lbs, 34b and fluctuate between a 2/4 depending on the brand. I'm wearing a small here. Probably could have gotten away with xs if necessary as there is some wiggle room but very happy with the small. For anyone shorter than 5'5 you may run into it nearing the floor in the back if you aren't wearing a low heel, just FYI

Amazing dress!
Would def consider buying this dress as i got so many compliments! Wore it to my friends bridal shower with boots to make it a little more casual. I am 5'6, 125lbs, 34B and found the dress to be long, it hit me at the ankle so anyone shorter and it'll be more like a gown.

Great dress!
Really enjoyed this dress! Would i buy it for $700? No, But loved renting it. If you are in between sizes, go with the larger. I'm 5'6, 125 lbs, 34b and am either a 2 or 4 (26 or 27 pant)-- very glad i went with the 4, the 2 would have been too tight at the hips

Cute dress but definitely runs small!
Loved this dress! A bit short so better for the weekends but wore it out to a bar with friends and it was perfect! Definitely runs small, i usually wear a small (sometimes xs) in Alexis and am very glad i went with the medium as the small would have been wayyyy too tight and short. For reference I'm 5'6, 125lbs and 34B

Should have listened to the other reviews
I thought it might be different in person but WOW, this is SO u flattering. I'm 5'6, 125lbs and a 34b and went with the xs and it still makes me look a good 30lbs heavier than i am. The pink trim is also much more prominent than in photos and clashes with the color of the dress. Do no be deceived by the model, her dress was definitely photoshopped or pinned in the back.

flowy and cute!
i love this dress and originally ordered it in the 4 but fortunately the 2 becaome available befoer the parrt so i swapped it for that, and very glad i did. for reference, i am 5'6, 125 lbs, 34B, fluctuate between 2-4 or s/m and the 4 fits but its definitely on the looser side. i'd recommend if you are in between sizes to size down. i personally probably could have even trued the 0 but it was too much effort

another dress i wanted to love but the fit was SO weird. for reference, i am 5'6, 125 lbs, 34B, fluctuate between 2-4 or s/m and went with the size 4. it was VERY short and the cinched waist was SO tight i could barely breathe. i know Nicholas runs small as a brand and this dress is no excuse. i might try for the 6 at some point and see how that goes.

unflattering overall
wanted to love this dress but it is SO short and was very loose around the boobs/waist. just overall very weird proportions and was not flattering. (for reference, i am 5'6, 125 lbs, 34B, fluctuate between 2-4 or s/m i think the xs would have been worse because while the top would have fit, it would have been more of a shirt than a dress!)

i find that Nicholas runs small as a brand but i'm glad i did the 2 in this dress because the 4 would have been WAY too big. this dress is VERY low cut, i should have worn a tank underneath but didn't and it was a little scandalous for work. if you are in between sizes, go with the smaller! great everyday dress.
Love this dress! its very big and boxy so i went with an XS (usually a small and sometimes a medium, i fluctuate between a 2 and 4) and its was perfect. would definitely rent again to have as a comfy dress!

hated the fit of this dress
ugh. what a disappointment. i rented this to wear to a rehearsal dinner and the fit was jsut awful. it looked like i was wearing a potato sack. i'm 5'6 so i expected the small to hit at my calves (similar to how pictured on the model) but it went down to my ankles and was just the most unflattering dress. perhaps if i'd had the xs it would have fit better but i'm not convinced (and only got 1 size as this was my backup dress) overall disappointing and i didn't end up getting to wear it because it was just way too unflattering. size down for this one.

love love love the fit of this dress!
oh my gosh. i cannot find enough good things to say about this dress- i wish i owned it!! i rented this for a wedding but ended up wearing it to the synagogue ceremony the day before. i didn't realize the stomach was see through but i wore a jacket over and you couldn't tell. i got so many compliments and the fit was perfect. i could have fit in the xs but found the small to be more comfortable. my only complaint is that the zipper was VERY finicky and i almost wasn't able to wear the small cause the zipper kept getting stuck.

great dress for a black tie event!
i wore this to 2 weddings in the same weekend and got so many compliments on it! I will say, the straps are long (although i did not have to adjust them) and this is definitely for smaller busted ladies, i had to be careful bending over! I've worn this brand in the past and find that they do run slightly small, and this held true-- very glad i ordered the 4 as i'm occasionally a 0, but mainly fluctuate between a 2 and 4 (i'm 5'6, 125lbs, 34b for reference). the 2 was ok but very tight when i zipped it up and i could hardly breathe-- it would not have been fun to wear to a wedding. i would say this dress is also better for more petite people if you want the dress to touch the ground. it did without heels but once i put my 2.75 in heels on, you could definitely see my feet. i didn't mind though, but purposely wore lower heels.
