RTR provides a service to their customers but time and time again RTR has failed me. I order an item and either they don't deliver on set date or they don't deliver the item selected. They email you if you are lucky the day of delivery that your selected item is not available. RTR is failing me a customer and I'm not the only customer having this issue. RTR needs to rethink how clients reserve items and give the client several days notice if items are not going to ship!
