I wore this dress months pregnant and it was a great fit so, that being said it probably runs large as I wore a medium but normally would wear a small. I would recommend it preggers or not, definitely a cute dress.

I like this dress and it worked well for a dinner date but it wasn't amazing. I think RTR has better options.

I rented this dress for my baby shower, I was 7 months pregnant at the time and it was PERFECT! It would also have been perfect if I had worn the small if I wasn't pregnant but the flowy nature of the dress worked perfect for my bump.

I wore this for my anniversary as well as dinner with the girls the next night. It was perfect for both occasions, LOVE the color. I am 5 months pregnant and this was very flattering for my fuller figure. In fact, I barely looked pregnant. I usually wear a size 2 or sometimes a 4 and wore a 4 in this so I would say it runs large because if I wasn't preggers size 4 would have been too big.

I wore this dress to a wedding when I was 4 months pregnant, I normally wear a size 2 and this fit perfectly despite my bump, so I guess it might run a little large. Overall it was a very nice dress, I received lots of compliments. The actual dress I received though was starting to tear when I got it in the back so I had to use tape to hold it up and a safety pin, which was fine but a little annoying.

This dress was a nice fit but ran very large, even at 4 months pregnant I could have worn a size 2. I normally weight 117 but right now am 133 (pregnant). Despite the size issue the dress was VERY cute and worked perfectly for a rehearsal dinner.
