Lovely but tight
The bust was fine for me. The waist is very fit. I'm wearing it to a work dinner, but with the tightness it wouldn't be my first choice. But I'm also not sure if I'd size up, because the fit may be the point of the dress. The skirt is fun.

Light and airy, and long.
Great for summer weather. I love the long length on me and the flowy fit, but i have to be careful sitting so i don't step on it moving around. Not a warning, just be aware.

Looks stunning buttoned up to the neck with a little leg showing below. However, know that the snaps are not very secure.

It's fine
The fit itself is decent. I have a slim build and I'm tall. I looked nice. But that's about it. As others have said, the asymmetry of the shoulders doesn't come through. The longer sleeve should be more dramatic than it is, or the neck should be more secure. Everything sort of slides in a way that the shoulders almost look jut regular. I ended up not wearing because it just wasn't striking enough.

No really, size down
I read the reviews and see it’s not just me. Unless you need a significant amount of extra room around your belly, size down. I typically size up for bottoms, because I don’t like anything tight around my belly. But I didn’t even feel like I could wear those without wearing a very long top. I did end up renting a smaller size, and it’s lovely. Great fabric and cut. Perfect for a night out.

Not as striking as I'd hoped.
It's a beautiful dress, very elegant, but it needed some stretch for me. I could fit it just fine, but I would have preferred it to be tighter with stretch for more drama. I didn't wear it because I had more striking options. I think everyone should give it a try, it might be for you!

It's a great sweater, worth your rental. I personally would have preferred it a little more baggy, a little longer. I'm not a crop top gal in winter. But love the high neck!!

Didn’t wear. It was too short and boxy to be fun. I don’t mind boxy. I like it. I don’t mind short and boxy, but a certain length is needed to achieve the look. The proportions of this dress together miss the mark, but the print is lovely.

I rented on reputation and was pleasantly intrigued.
I honestly didn’t think much of this when it dropped, but I trust the designer. I’m not a girly dress gal. It was much more fun than I’d hoped! I don’t love anything too tight on my waist, and the ties let you adjust to your preference. It was honestly very elegant and fun. I paired with a checkered handbag and had a ball!

The slip disappeared, and now it fits the way it was always meant to!
I rented this when it first came out and with this mid-sized, attached slip inside I could barely get it on or move, so I sized up. The slip was already loosely sewn in, so either by mistake or design (did someone cut the slip out?? rude, but it works!) The dress now fits perfectly. Boxy and elegant.

It was not oversized on me, it fit fine, but it was challenging to wear certain sweaters and sweatshirts in winter. The sleeves felt tight. Also I prefer the fall of a thicker fabric. I didn't love that you could see it bunching at the bottom. Wool coats should be a bit stiffer for good quality.

Perfect fit & and construction but...
It's very stiff and fit, in a good way. The neck is high, which will be great for spring or summer, but in winter I tried wearing with a tee shirt. It looked...fine. Just not as punchy and artsy as I was picturing. The zero wrong with the vest, I just couldn't make it fun. Would be great for work.

I was pretty excited about the top cut, but it didn’t do anything special. And then the bottom is made of a weird fabric that, for me, lessened the quality of the design itself.
