Beautifully made, tricky fit if you aren't tall with a small waist
This dress is really beautifully constructed - great materials. The sleeves are indeed billowy - I love billowy sleeves and this dress has 3x the billow, which I loved. It's definitely more unique on than in the picture due to the fit - but beware, if you're below 5'8" the length/sleeves may drown you. ALSO, the waist does not give at all. I have a 28/29 waist; the 12 had a bit of room in it and I needed a belt to cinch in a bit of fabric, but it was difficult to take on/off. I would definitely rent again though - just in a 10, my true size!

I have worn this so many times - it is amazing! I got the large and it is very casual but put together. I event got away with it at work with nice pants and a scarf hair tie. The sleeves have a wide structure to them which is a nice break from the usual striped tee. I've worn it with white jeans, blue, black, cropped, bootcut...rent this!!!

Awesome sweater, super warm
Got my usual L. It is slightly oversize (supposed to be) and drapes SO well. I look super thin in it. It's also very warm - could be worn as a coat! If you're someone that is always hot, do not rent unless it's for a sweater coat. If you're always cold (like me), get it!!! I wore it several times.

I got the L and it was so tight across my chest and hips - husband laughed. Went straight back! It is very cute and well-made, though. For reference, I am a 42-29-44 and usually L sweaters drape oversize on me.

Great for work!
I am a solid 10 but usually wear a 12 for international designers. I rented this in 12 and definitely could have gotten the 10, but the 12 draped nicely for work and the side ties definitely help. If I were renting for an event, I would definitely get my usual 10. If you're in-between sizes, go down. I received a ton of compliments - will rent again!

Perfect for a 20s themed formal birthday party
I wore this for my father-in-law's 90th birthday which was black-tie and 20s themed. I received compliments ALL night + people still remember it years later. The dress runs TTS. One note - it is very heavy and wouldn't work at all for the heat. Definitely a winter formal dress. Also the sequins scratch your arms but that is to be expected! They weren't so scratchy that they bothered me and I won't even wear cashmere without a tshirt underneath.

Perfect for Engagement Photos in the woods
I wore this dress for my engagement photos in the preserve I grew up near (lots of green) and couldn't have been happier. I'm typically a 10 in dresses but wore the Medium as it ran loose on me in the waist and shoulders (for reference, I'm 42-29-43 measurement wise. It drapes SO nicely and is super flattering and comfortable. Would love to buy it!
