I waited for weeks for this one to show up as available, and was disappointed. The fit was like a glove, nothing wrong with that part. It’s very matronly, there is no slit in the back or on the side. The added details are gray and not cream as they look in the pics, there are also sequins stitched in. It’s definitely a “theme” style dress or would be perfect for a mother of the bride, but ladies over 35 shouldn’t wear this unless you want to look over 60.

It’s madewell so it runs large, xs was perfect for me the cut is so cute, and I got a ton of compliments on this one. It has pockets but they aren’t really to use because anything in it will weigh the elastic on the waist down and then it’s not cute. I would totally buy and wear again.
