Not for narrow girlies
If you have a flatter chest and narrow shoulders, you might have issues with this. The straps aren't adjustable so the top just kind of hung off of me, unfortunately.

Not for Pear-Shaped Folks!
I loved the way this dress looked in photos of other people! Unfortunately due to my body shape and the structure of the dress, it was very uncomfortable/unflattering on me. I have wide hips and because the dress is denim, there is very little give to the fabric. The 6 was an absolute no (couldn't even sit down), but the top half fit perfectly. The 8 was still a bit too tight, and the top half was practically falling off. If you're "pear shaped" like me, this might not be the dress for you.

Great picnic dress!
The dress was perfect for my engagement party. Definitely size with your chest, not your waist/hips. My pant size is 6 but my chest is on the smaller side so the 4 worked best for me. I probably could've fit into a 2, but 4 was loose and comfortable. The pockets were so great! I did notice that the side zipper had a really hard time zipping over seams, so that's something to note. Overall, a great dress that was perfect for the occasion.

A great prom dress!
Loved this dress! It was so great and I got many compliments on it. But let's be real, you're here to see what wasn't great. So the proportions were definitely intended for a taller, bustier person simply because the straps and dress as a whole were VERY long on me, despite fitting well everywhere else. I wore 4-5 in heels and it was still kind of dragging. I also had to pull the straps up all night to keep them from falling. Other than that though, it was really great and I loved how it looked on me. As Tim Gunn would say, I made it work!
