I was just looking for an additional fun summer top.
This is just really large--I think the way it's designed; not that the size I got was too big. It flares way out below the bust and was not flattering. The sleeves seemed to have too much fabric. As other reviewers note, it's very low cut. I would have had to wear something underneath, which is not what I'm looking for in summer weather. I can see how it would work for others, but it was not for me and I never wore it.

I just wanted another option with white jeans.
When I pulled this over my head, I thought there was no way it was going to fit because of how it was cut. But it zipped right up and hit in all the right places! It nips in a bit at the waist but has a ruffle below, so you get some definition but also coverage, which is a great plus and different from just another flowy top. Draper James can run small, but this is true to size. Recommend!

Not having to feel frumpy at my stylish holiday baby shower was priceless!
I wore this for my own baby shower and was about 7 months pregnant at the time (I found it using the "bump-friendly" search feature). It worked well for that purpose, but I also think it would be great for the non-pregnant--it's not so boxy that it would be unflattering. I wore a medium and ordered a small as my backup. The small probably would have worked, especially when not pregnant--I am about 5'7"--but it was really short. So order with caution regarding length. Overall, a huge hit!

Great-looking, but some caveat
I rented this for a black tie wedding (also on my birthday!). I was super excited to wear it. As another reviewer noted, it's closer to a mauve than blush pink, but I was ok with it. I think, while it was comfortable, it wasn't quite right for my body type. The top fit well--a larger size would have been too big, but I did not need fashion tape. It was flowy and comfortable. However, the bottom kept riding up. I felt like I was tugging it down often throughout the night. Perhaps Spanx would help?? I didn't feel like it was too small, but the top layer slid up over the bottom layer a lot. Also, my dress arrived damaged (top layer was ripped open below the zipper), so I had to safety pin that closed so it didn't gape out right at my hip. This may have affected the fit, but ladies with hips should consider the fit. Lots of compliments nonetheless!

Large and clip on!
These are fabulous, but I did not end up wearing them with the dress I rented. I knew that, as clip ons, they would be heavy and I'd take them off before the end of a long night. Not RTR's fault, but renters should know!
