Fits like a boxy button-down. Sleeves are full-length - look great pushed or rolled up a bit. Fabric is average quality. The shirt pulled to the back like most button-downs do on me. Irritating to have to pull the front of the shirt down all day to keep the fit right. Overall, the heeled cheetahs on the shoulders make it 5-stars for me. SO fun. I'm a 32B on a good day. When I wore this dress, I added chicken cutlets and a bra. It still gaped a bit when I wasn't displaying good posture. I was able to tighten the wrap in a way that made it look good, and I DO recommend the dress to small-chested people. Just something to be aware of, and a plus for those with bigger chests! It can be dressed up or down and feels great in the summer heat.
