Runs a sitter small I'm 4'11" and 114 pounds and was tight and small on me but any more petite then that might fit great. I couldn't wear it.

Perfect feel just after having my hair done for a day date out. Ran a little tight but held up.
Pros didn't have to worry about slipping straps. Cons was a little tight along my 26 in waist or rib cage but do able. Really perfect for summer.
