STRETCHY, THICK FABRIC
From the photos, I wasn't sure how much I'd like this dress. Turns out, I love it! The fabric is very thick and stretchy and runs large. I'm a solid size 4 and I never fit into a size 2. With this dress I ordered a size 2. Shocking! Also, what's nice is that it has a lot of stretch to it and the thick fabric holds in the tummy a bit, as it made me look slimmer.

GREAT FOR WORK! Runs small in the hips and thighs
This dress is great for work! The length is good and the fabric is heavy. If you have big hips and/or thighs, be sure to size up. I was able to squeeze into a size 4, which I normally wear; however, I could not pull the dress over my thighs and hips.

RUNS EXTREMELY SMALL!
I rented this dress for work, but unfortunately, I couldn't wear it. I'm usually a Small or Size 4 in dresses. This dress runs so small that I was unable to even put it on. The color and material are beautiful; however, I would size up 2 sizes.

Very flattering, but it runs small compared to other Ted Baker dresses that I own. No stretch. I usually wear a Size 1 in Ted Baker's size, but I had to rent a Size 3 to be comfortable.

ACCENTUATES THE WAIST
True to size, and fitted/flattering around the waist. A medium weight dress that is forgiving on the hips. The photo looks like the dress is pink and black, however, the "black" is more like a greenish-black color. I read this in other peoples' reviews and thought perhaps that I may not like it, but the color was fine.

VERY STRETCHY
I rented this dress for work. I ordered a Size 4, and because of the thick and super stretchy material, I could've went down a size. Because I had the Size 4, I felt it was a little big on me and ran a tad longer. The colors are nice; a subdued purple and black. Because of the stretch, it was very comfortable.

VERY CLASSY!
I really love this dress and have rented it a couple of times already. It dips down slightly in the bust area, but the mesh/nylon covering over the chest helps to make it more discreet. I'm 5'-2" and the dress falls between mid-thigh and just above the knees for me; perfect for my petite frame. If you're in-between sizes, I would take a size 2 versus a size 4, as it runs just a tad large.

CUTE & FUN
Very cute, flattering and sexy...all in one. I'm 5'-2" and it comes mid-thigh on me. The length of this dress makes for a "fun night out" outfit. Depending upon the designer, I'm usually between a 2 & 4. I rented the size 4 and I had to have my husband help zip up the back. I squeezed into it and it felt snug, but okay, once I got it on. Since I'm petite and not large in the bust area, the straps were a little loose. Overall, a very cute and fun dress!

Not Tummy Friendly
The fabric is very silky and a beautiful dark blue. I did not wear this piece because it emphasized the tummy area, making me look pregnant. This dress would look great on someone with a very flat tummy area.

Beautiful Silhouette
Love how this dress accentuates one's figure, especially a curvy one. The thicker material makes it really forgiving with some added stretch; it looks expensive. It's true to size, with a nice, sexy, shorter hem on one side.

COLOR IS DULL
The fit of this dress is very good. Being petite, the bell-shaped sleeves are a bit long. I just tucked the sleeves under to make it work. I didn't really like the color, but I didn't want to waste a dress, so I wore it anyway. It's a muted purple-gray. I had hoped it would be a tad more vibrant.

Small in the shoulders
Average rental. I am between a size 2 & 4. I decided to go up, and rented a 4. Being an A-line dress, the hip portion had plenty of stretchable room. The fit around the shoulders was a bit odd. It pulled a little, and was much smaller in proportion to the dress overall. I am smaller on my upper half, so in a size 4, the shoulders should've been tight.

BEAUTIFUL PATTERN
I rented this dress for work. It has a beautiful pattern, but is quite heavy. I ended up not wearing it because it felt a little too dressy and definitely not for the warmer summer months. The dress fit pretty true to size. If you 're between a size 2 & 4 like me, go down to a size 2.

NOT FOR PETITES
I thought this dress would be really cute, but it is not for petite women. I am 5'-2" and normally wear a size 2; I ordered a size 0 in this dress because of the flowy cut and gathers. Even going one size down, it was still very large on me. Because the length was long on me (below my knees), it made me look a bit frumpy. The material has a very smooth cotton feel to it. It would look much nicer on a taller person.

This is a very flattering dress.
This is a very flattering dress, however, the size I ordered, a 36, was much too small in the bust area. I could not even squeeze myself in to zipper it up. I'm very narrow in the waist and rib cage area but still could not fit into it. The rest of the dress fit beautifully.
