This dress was just the right amount of sexy, elegant, and fun. I felt effortlessly cool and beautiful wearing it. The top gaped a little bit on me but this issue was largely fixed with silicon bra inserts. The dress was a little difficult to move in, probably due to the off-the-shoulder detail, but it was fine for my occasion. Although the dress itself stayed up fine, the straps fell down a fair amount. If I were to have been dancing all night or something then it probably would have been a nuisance to keep the dress laying nicely. Overall loved this rental and would definitely recommend to classic brides who like a touch of modern boho!

This was the first time I used RTR for a non-formal event, and I'm so glad I did! I rented this dress for my birthday. I ended up wearing my back-up size (the medium) because the waistband was a little bit more comfortable. The lengths appeared pretty similar on the small and medium, though. I got so many compliments on this dress and seriously felt like a million bucks. Rent it while it's still new, as the fabric and embroidery seemed really delicate and I can imagine it might not hold up very well with wear and tear from multiple rentals. I wish I could own this dress. It's unique, sexy, playful, and can be dressed up or down. I loved, loved, loved every minute of wearing it. Perfection!

Was a little nervous about renting, as I usually rely pretty heavily on other customer reviews before renting and this dress didn't have a lot of feedback from girls with my body type. Although I had read it ran slightly small, I got a two and a four and ended up wearing the two (the middle section bunched a bit less with the smaller size) which I would categorize as true to size. Overall, not a huge difference between the two and four. The color was beautiful and rich and the dress was pretty comfortable to wear. I opted to wear a strapless bra but could have also easily gone braless. I did have to pull it down every now and then (it rode up eventually) and I was unable to lift my arms all the way over my head due to the straps, but these are minor complaints. I got lots of compliments on the dress and you absolutely can't beat the price. Would recommend!

I’ve rented this dress in the dark grey color as well, and because I loved it so much the first time I decided I would try it again in red for an engagement party. Subtly sexy, low maintenance, and a good balance between classic and trendy. Fits like a glove and can’t beat the price of the rental. Am seriously considering buying this one- it’s that reliably good! Could really wear this dress anywhere as far as I’m concerned. Obsessed!

Beautiful dress with beautiful details. Was very comfortable to wear with the exception of one piece of plastic ribbing that was exposed and poking my chest. After reading the other reviews I decided to size up, but I should have sized down for my backup size. The medium stayed on me, but just barely, and my boyfriend had a code word for whenever my strapless bra starting showing when the dress fell down too much. I think with the correct sizing you could go braless no problem. Would have been perfect if I had selected the right size. However, in the end, no regrets as the dress really is just gorgeous. Got lots of complaints. Would highly recommend.

I wore the dress for a holiday work event. The fit was admittedly a little odd and/or just not made for me...the size two was tight in the chest (think sports bra status), but the size four was roomy enough that the material gathered in several small but, still, unsightly bunches. I wore a very padded push-up bra- and yes, by padded I mean I put two extra removable bathing suit top pads inside my bra- underneath the size four and it got rid of the bunching and looked fine (I'm a 34C in the bust). It wasn't a proud moment, but hey, it worked in a pinch. The dress was very comfortable, and the length was good. However, it might not have worked great for dancing because the off-the shoulder detail does not stay on the shoulder, but goes over the shoulder, if you lift your arms up too much. The details are elegant and the fabric/navy blue color are nice as well. Overall, a good rental. Only caveats are that I probably would not recommend it for a pear-shaped person, based on the top sizing I described earlier, and I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be showstopper. It's a very classy dress, but in an understated way. If it had been an event where I really want to stand out and feel like a knock-out, I probably would have looked into a replacement dress.

I cannot get over how much I loved this dress. I got non-stop compliments all day. Even the bride approached me at the post-wedding brunch and told me that her high school friends were asking her about the dress at the reception. Beautiful colors, fit, and the high-low made it easy to dance in. I did need to use fashion tape to keep from gaping at the top, but no issues once it was secured. I ended up going with the smaller size (2) even though it was a tad snug around the ribcage because my chest would not have filled the 4. Still comfortable though. Overall, I would trade my kidney to own this dress.

Wore this for a rehearsal dinner and got compliments all night. Very comfortable and flattering fit. Cut in the front is subtly sexy. It is usually a toss up between a small and a medium for me, but I went with the small on this dress because the medium had way too much material around the armpit area. Classy and fun- would definitely recommend!
