Lovely fit tho a little baggy on top despite me being a 32 dd. I didn't wear a belt but you definitely could. Hits mid shin on me and I'm 5'5'.

beautiful dress but has some issues
way too long of straps. i am curvy in the bottom and smaller up top. the 6 was snug and i usually wear between 4-6 in dresses. had some wear and tear.
