More comfortable than most sequin shirts bc the lining is so good. Easy to wear - large bust should wear a good supportive bra bc of the peplum .

Excellent statement piece to add to any outfit. Substantial but not too heavy.
The back of each piece is hollow, not solid. The brushed texture tones down the piece, making it classy, not gaudy. Loved it!

Classic and modern all at once!
This dress is so pretty and flattering. The sleees give a bit of coverage without being too heavy or conservative. The A-line is excellent, no Spanx needed. Top fit perfectly, with just enough room in the skirt to make some room for hips. The v back adds a bit of sexiness. Compliments all night. Well made, with rich champagne satin lining. You'll want to wear a strapless bra, as the top of the dress is sheer. I wore the 8 but would suggest sizing down as your back-up, as the skirt had a bit more room than I needed.

I couldn't believe how many compliments I received on this piece (which I, admittedly, never would have chosen on my own, but the model was wearing it with the dress I rented). It became the joke of the night that strangers were literally coming up to me and taking photos of it (true story!). It's very light, which is surprising because it is a pretty substantial piece. Really cool texture. You want to be sure to position the links so that the seams don't show, which is easy enough to do and they stay in place. On the lookout to buy this statement necklace!

Felt a bit "Mother-of-the-Bride" ish
Really gorgeous color, but the chiffon over the chest area felt, as another reviewer put it: "matronly." Love Christian Siriano's designs, but this one seems to miss the mark a bit. The back of the dress is really lovely and has fun motion when you walk, dance or a breeze blows, but this one is definitely conservative and better suited to an older client. I wore the necklace shown, though, and that added a bit of trendiness where the dress was lacking just that. The fit is definitely quite straight, so if you have any hips, you will want to size up.

Lovely dress, if you are petite and slender ~~
This dress is really pretty - the material is luxe (though definitely requires Spanx as there is no lining at all. But the size 8 was baggy on the top and too tight on my hips (I am a pear shape). The top is beautiful, but looked a bit like a sac on me. A smaller size would have worked better on the top, but would never have fit my hips.

GORGEOUS!!!!
The color is so rich and warm. The material is stretchy enough for comfort but the ruching allows the dress to keep its shape. I got so many compliments at the wedding. The hemline is slightly asymmmetrical. I wore the large because the medium was unavailable but I likely could have gone down a size. I have a bit of a belly after an indulgent summer so the extra room in the tummy area was welcome. The left sleeve was a bit loose but I just used double sided tape to keep it exactly where I wanted it and had no trouble throughout the night, dancing included!

Great party dress/comfortable!
Really, really pretty. Great length, just above the knee for us short gals. The scalloped sleeves add a bit of interest and the color is lovely - not too bright, more of a muted coral. The embroidered detailing is really well done. Super classy look with a no-hassle neckline that wears easily. I wore with nude wedges and turqoise colored chandelier earrings and matching bracelet. Tons of compliments. Love Trina Turk!

Gorgeous dress but too short
This dress is so pretty and the gold lurex throughout gives just the right amount of classy shimmer. The billowy sleeves are sexy and feminine. BUT, if you are even the least bit self conscious about your thighs, you will likely find it too short. I am 5' 3" and this was mid thigh on me. I didn't end up wearing the dress, but would definitely re-rent in the winter months when I can throw on some tights and boots/stilettos for a little extra coverage.

Loved this dress!
This dress is perfect for a cocktail party or formal event that might require a little extra coverage. Well tailored. The skirt has a a nice sheen without being too shiny and a bit of an a-line. The bow detailing hides any extra bulge you might have in the tummy area after the holidays! Put your hand in one of the side pockets and look and feel tres confident! I am 5'4, 138 and wore an 8. I could have gotten away with the 6 but am a little hippy so went for the better fit in the skirt.

This dress is gorgeous, but meant for taller women. The proportions and sizing was way off for my 5'3" height and petite frame. Super rich color. If I grow a few inches I would rent again!
