I thought this would look nice on my back up black dress, but the problem is it is really heavy. I pulled out my kitchen scale and it weighs 14 ounces. That's two 6oz cans of tomato paste hanging around your neck. I went with a different dress that didn't need a necklace, so I didn't even wear it. It has thick brass crowns holding each resin stone in place on the backs. The stones tend to curl inward towards the neck and don't always lay flat on me. If you handle the weight it would be very pretty with a solid color and high neckline.

This turned out to be a super cute and a flattering dress to wear to an evening party. The small was a bit too tight. I think this material is stretchy, but tight in the bodice and fine around the arm holes. I went with the medium and wore my thong spanxy pants underneath. Those vertical lines on the dress are not forgiving. I had to keep checking if the lines were straight and the dress was not riding up. The back is super cute with a flouncy short frill piece that starts under the butt .I'd rent another dress made out of this same material.

I thought this was going to be a great dress because it has a beautiful print. Unfortunately the cut is all wrong for me. The small was so tight in the waist that I couldn't zip the back zipper all the way up. The medium was a better fit in the waist, but then I couldn't fill in the hips which seem prominent. I'm 30" in the waist and 35" in the hips. Not much hourglass in my figure. This dress doesn't have any stretch in it, so it calls for a very specific shape. It is also too long for me. I need it to be above the knees to not look too short. FYI: in the photo I'm pulling in about 3" of material in the back to show what the dress should look like. It doesn't have a lot of room in the chest area either if you have bigger girls.
