Customer Service at RTR made my experience superb.
I'm usually a 6, but for some reason I thought since I'm really small on top I should get a 4, and I should have gotten a 6. This top does not stretch and I forgot that my arms are huge. The 4 was perfect all around, but a little tight on my arms. RTR should give measurement on arms, and maybe shoulders for those with broad shoulders. I definitely stand out, I was different, everyone loved my outfit.

Customer Service at RTR made my experience superb. They make sure you have an outfit no matter what.
I have a 29 inch waist. I wish RTR had the measurement of the waist for each size because this skirt does not stretch. I'm usually a size 6, I ordered a 6 and luckily I had a free option for a 2nd size, so I got the 8 as well. Thank God for that, 8 fit me perfect. Despite the layers underneath the dress, I still wished this skirt had more of the "poof" effect. I took most of my pictures extending out the dress slightly.

Dress definitely contoured my body to appear I have a curves. Loved it.
I think this dress is meant for a person with a longer torso. Or maybe I just have a small torso. The shoulders did not stay in place, some shoulder pads would have resolve that.
