I'm a 32DD, 5"4, and my waist is 27". The 4R was perfect in the waist, but there was a little room in the chest so I wore a strapless bra to help fill it out. In 3" heels the bottom hem was just brushing the floor. The sleeves had some loose threads but they were not noticeable at a distance or in photos. I paired it with red lipstick and flashy earrings for maximum glamour. Overall it looked more or less the way it does on the model.
