Almost perfect...
Collar is perfection and no sleeves when they blast the heaters in the office. Downside is the bottom hem, too short for gals with bigger breasts. This is meant for women with Low-C cups to A; not recommend for Ds and above

I wore this and nonstop looks while dancing and networking. Got so many men wanting to meet up **cough cough** I didn't but felt flattered and women of the same sex danced with me. I love this shirt so much and naturally have big breasts so looked amazing and Classy! :)

The dress was not true to size 14
Even though it didn't run to true size. The quality is beautiful. When you touch the fabric it is sturdy, not see-through, and stretches. It'll hug your body. If you are self -conscious of your foopah, don't purchase, if you love that part then yes wear it! <3
