Pretty dress - but not for curves!
This dress is really beautiful - as soon as I opened the garment bag, I was wowed by the pattern and the fabric. Unfortunately, the cut of this dress was not really flattering on me (at least I thought so). I have wider/more broad shoulders and the Large kind of mashed my bust into a strange shape. I also wore a stick on bra, which didn't help (maybe I should have worn the XL backup size). It was flowy, but I wore flats and as a result, I lost the high-low hem of the dress. Overall, sadly, I really hated this dress on me but it will be gorgeous on someone more lithe than I. So, I am rating this on the way it fit me, not the dress overall, because I thought it was stunning.

Cute...Versatile...Comfortable
The fit on this is loose and blousy, so I belted it to give some definition to my waist. Since I wore the size S, and I'm 5'8", it was shorter than I felt comfortable wearing as I'd be on a stage. So I wore leggings under it. I thought it looked fine. Would be a pretty dress for a date, summer wedding or event. Love the colors and fabric.

Beautiful dress, but not forgiving for curvy bodies.
This is a gorgeous dress. Truly. The fabric is stunning and shifts colors depending on the light from gold to dark green. The halter top is flattering as well. The length is great, too, but the fabric itself is not forgiving for those of us that are curvy. I wear a 36C bra and it was tight around the ribcage (as most designer dresses are) and in the waist area despite a shaping garment. I might have sized up but I didn't get a backup size for this dress. In any case, it was nice to get a free upgrade to this dress.

Beautiful dress!
I chose this as a 2nd choice and ended up wearing my first choice, but wish I had another occasion to wear this one. It's beautiful and sophisticated. I wore a nude bra under it to try it on and could not see the straps at all through the lace. It was comfortable and the fabric was on the heavier side but felt comfortable.

I adored this dress. It was comfortable, and the pattern camouflaged my midsection.
Comfortable, colorful, sexy... This dress had it all. The material would be warm at an outside wedding. It was very flattering and one of my favorite rentals.

I think if my back up size had been available, I would have worn this dress. Colors were beautiful in person, and the fabric was comfortable, but the 10 was a tight squeeze for me. I'll probably try to find the 12 and try again with this dress.

Comfortable and pockets make this a dress for any occasion!
Swingy, adorable and exceptionally comfortable. I loved the pockets. Not too short, but it made me feel elegant and pretty. Would be great for work or a special occasion.

Gorgeous, bright statement necklace.
I adored this necklace. It went perfectly with the Magnolia Garden dress I rented it with. It's bright pink - almost translucent - and would work with a variety of pink shades. It definitely makes a statement!

A pop of color! Beautiful dress.
I got so many compliments on this dress. I am tall and sort of athletic in shape, with broader shoulders and back. The top was tight and did start to feel uncomfortable by the end of the night, so I'm wondering if the 10 would have been better. I never worried about the top sliding down, however. It was short, but not uncomfortable short. The pockets were killer. I felt bright and colorful and felt I made the perfect choice. The necklace was awesome, too.

This is the perfect, comfortable event dress!
This is my fave rental so far from Rent the Runway. I needed a comfortable, cool dress to wear while performing on stage with my band at a huge event. This dress is tremendously flattering, stretchy, cool and comfortable. The black material on top is stretchy and hides what you might want to hide. Wore a strapless bandeau bra and had roll-down issues, so next time I would do a stick on bra or petals. I would love to own this dress. Got lots of compliments.

I felt like a million bucks in this dress! This dress is a head-turner!
I am between an 8 and a 10 (and losing some weight) so I ordered the 8 with the hopes that since this dress seems to run big it would work fine. I got an email saying the 8 wouldn't be ready in time and ordered a different back up dress. I also got the 6 (my original back up size) in this Vie La Vie dress to try. I tried it on and it fit just fine and even better with a shaper underneath. The color is way less gold and silver than in the picture. It's really a nude/neutral colored dress with sparkle. I was afraid it would wash me out so I accessorized with big bright earrings. This dress is cut nicely and short enough that you feel sexy but not in a "this dress is probably too short uncomfortable" way. It's also very comfortable and lightweight. I am glad the 6 worked out in that I preferred it for the occasion I was going to (an awards ceremony).

I'm a musician and I rented this for our New Year's Eve gig.
I had ordered a 12 (48) and wanted to get a size 10 as a backup, but it was unavailable. I think the 10 would have fit a little bit better, since the 12 was kind of shapeless on me. It was very comfortable and cute. I wore with black tights and booties and a cardigan on top (since it was freezing cold out).
