Runs SMALL
I've worn other Derek Lam in the same size, but this top runs very small for some reason. I could not even get it on.

Stylish and flattering!
I got SO many compliments on this dress! I kept the styling simple and just added a belt to define my waist and give a pop of color. I sized up in the dress to be safe, but I probably could've gotten away with a size down, as it's fairly forgiving.

Cute skirt, but impractical.
The skirt is super cute and fit true to size. I got quite a few compliments while wearing it. My one issue is that the zipper that goes down the front of the dress very easily starts to unzip any time you sit or move. I'd suddenly look down and see the zipper halfway down, which is pretty embarrassing. I kind of wish the zipper were just cosmetic and not actually functioning, because there is no actual need for it with the drawstring. Wear with caution!

Great bag, not so great for work.
The bag is gorgeous, but the entire reason I got it was for work and it doesn't fit my macbook. Not sure why other reviews say it does.

Renters beware: This dress runs SMALL.
I sized up in this dress because I saw other reviewers said it ran small, and even the next size up wouldn't make it over my body. I have fairly average proportions, so I'm pretty sure it's the dress and not me. The dress is lovely and seems to be good quality, so I'm bummed I can't wear it. If you're going to take the risk on this dress, go at least one size up (if not two).
