The color is beautiful! I wore it for a warmer fall day. The Pro is definitely the fit. I have an hourglass, athletic build so being able to tie the waist was perfect. I have a larger bust so I used a safety pin to make it a bit more conservative, and I clearly wasn't the first to do so because there was already a small hole. I wish the pleats had laid a bit better, but I should've steamed them beforehand myself.

I loved the color for early fall, it paired perfectly with light washed high waisted jeans. However, I thought the dimensions were a bit off. I'm petite (5'3'') and the straps felt like they were made for a longer torso, but then the rest of the shirt felt very cropped. I was hoping to fully tuck it into my high waisted jeans but as I moved around it definitely showed some skin. On a taller person, it would definitely be a very cropped look.

This brand always has quality, thick fabrics but it always runs small. I am usually a 2/4 and I would've been uncomfortable if the Small were any tighter. I have a more athletic build, and had the Medium been available as a back up I would have been curious to see how a size up would have fit. The cinched tie on the side let's you adjust the length some which is a win!

This dress was stunning. The quality was evident, and the pleats are perfect for packing - it does not wrinkle! Unfortunately, I was unable to wear it because it was too big. I am 5'4'' 140 lb 34DD with an hourglass, athletic build. The elastic waist had a lot of give, and there was just too much fabric on the top and the bottom. I am usually a true size 4 and order a size 6 for my backup but I will order this in a 0 and 2 next time. I'd size according to your waist!

I am 5'4'', 135lb, 32DDD, with an athletic/hourglass build. The top of the Size 2 fit perfectly, but the bottom was so short! I needed it for an after work networking event, and if it was any bit shorter I would have worn something else. It was last minute so no other sizes were available, but I wonder if the Size 4 would have given me the extra length I needed without being too big up top. If the dress were just a bit longer it would have been one of my favorite rentals to date. The top provides perfect coverage for a work related event, and the side tie emphasizes a small waist nicely.

The colors were just as bold in person. Given the size and the design of the earrings, I thought they would be heavier but they were tolerable for a long day and night at a wedding. My only critique is that due several wears the fringe is slightly curled and faded - at least the pair I received. They were still beautiful, and a great compliment to a solid color dress.

The material is great for a hot summer wedding. The lining is a silk material, so the dress was thick enough to feel supported but thin enough that I was kept cool during a outdoor ceremony. The cut is great for an hourglass body - I usually find myself between sizes. I am 5'4'' and 135 lbs with an athletic build and the Size 4 fit perfect. It was only somewhat tight in my chest (32DDD), so I'd recommend that you order your traditional size and a size down.

The earrings are beautiful but the gold shell was a bit larger and heavier than expected. I rented them to go with my first choice dress, but I ended up wearing my backup. They are not obnoxiously large or heavy, but I would definitely wear them with a dress that is a solid color or has a simple design/cut. My back up dress was a patterned midi dress and it was just a bit too much!

I was sent this dress as a back up when the dress I planned on renting was not returned by the precious renter. I have rented several dresses and this blows all of them - including the one I planned on renting - out of the water. It was absolutely stunning and I received compliments all night - and some were people just repeating how beautiful it was. The silk material and construction of the dress are top notch. I was surprised by the fit though - I originally thought I would need a Size 4 based on other reviews but I ended up wearing the Size 0. For reference I am 5’4’’, 135 lbs, with a musucular, hourglass build. I had thought I would need the Size 4 for my chest (32DDD) but it fit in the Size 0! I would rent your true size and down one. This is the first time I think I will have to rent the dress again!!

I was between sizes in this dress. I rented the Size 4 and the Size 6 for a wedding. The Size 6 was extremely loose in the waist, and the Size 4 was inappropriately tight in the bust and butt. For reference I am 5’4’’, 135 lbs, with a muscular, hourglass build. It’s a beautiful dress but maybe not best for an hourglass shape. I would order your true size and up one for the back up. If it’s too tight you can see some of the lining seams.

The dress fit true to size, but I agree with other reviews that the arms are form fitting. The material has a lot of give, but I don’t think it is the most forgiving. I wore spanx underneath just to smooth lines out. This dress fit my curves well but I wish the material had been thicker and more structured. I am 5’4’’, 136 lbs, 32DDD with a muscular build and I wore the small. I would suggest sizing up for the backup even though I did not need it.

I usually wear a 4 or 6, and based on the other reviews I wanted to rent the 6 and the 8. The 8 was unavailable so I went with my true sizes. I could tell from the hanger the 4 would be too small so I didn't bother to try it on, but the 6 fit like a glove. For reference I am 5'4'', 136 lbs, 32DDD, with a muscular build and hourglass shape. It was definitely form fitting in the chest and butt, but the waist was comfortable. A few reviews said to size up at least two sizes but I disagree. Just days prior, I had tried the Likely Brooklyn Dress in Size 4 and it fit perfect, so this style is definitely a tighter fit. If you rent your traditional size and up one size for the back up you should be more than fine! The dress is thick and well-lined, so there were no issues with lines. The color was more beautiful in person.
