I wore this dress to Alpha Phi's Red Dress Gala. It's a true, true red, so no worries there. I typically wear a 6-8 so I would say that this dress runs true to size. You will definitely want a slip--while the fabric is plenty thick, it still shows every line underneath. I thought the zipper on the sleeve was a bit odd, made the sleeves feel heavy and the pulls looked banged up, and I never would have unzipped the sleeves so I'm honestly not sure it was there! Length was good, not too short at all, and the overall feel of the dress is very chic. A good rental except for small minor details

I didn't end up using this clutch--I originally rented it for my wedding. I may consider renting this clutch for another formal event. It was actually not even the clutch I originally ordered--I chose the Royal Mail clutch, but was told by RTR customer service that it was damaged beyond repair by the last renter. I didn't see the email in time so I didn't get to pick the replacement piece, but I will say that this clutch would have worked just as well, so don't hesitate to trust RTR customer service if something like that happens to you. About this clutch specifically: it was super cute, not too heavy, a good size, but my MOH just happened to have a clutch custom-made for me in Thailand, so I chose to carry that instead.

I rented this belt semi last-minute to wear with my wedding dress. I had originally intended to wear a plain grey sash but I was worried about it being TOO plain so to RTR I went. I chose this belt in particularly mainly because it is gold with pearls and crystals--most pearl-and-crystal pieces are made with white gold or silver so it's surprisingly difficult to find bridal accessories in that particular color way. The belt was beautiful, but you should be aware that it really only goes around your front half. The back half is just white strings. My dress was ivory so this bothered me a teeny bit but it doesn't appear to have been noticeable in the pictures.

I wore this dress for my bachelorette party in Chicago. My BMs said the dress made me look like Joan from Mad Men! I accessorized with my gold watch and a gold pendant necklace. I have broad shoulders but even so I felt this dress was inordinately tight in the shoulders. I am long-waisted and this dress was extremely short on me, to the point that my butt was on the chair when I sat down. Everything else about the fit was wonderful--the gown was swingy and fun.

I wore this dress to a wedding at a country club, it couldn't have been more perfect! The fit is very flattering, though the belt that comes with it is a little wonky--doesn't necessarily nip you in all the way if your waist is much smaller than your hips/bust, like mine it. I ended up swapping out the fabric belt included for my own black patent belt. There's a little keyhole-type thing that allows you to slide the belt through the dress, behind the cape, so it's very easy to sub in your own belt without affecting the drape of the cape. The color on the website is true to the color in person, and the cape is an extraordinarily chic detail. The dress is lined, but the lining doesn't hide much--I had to wear a totally smooth bra, though it was a normal bra otherwise. I wore Spanx because I have a slight belly pooch, and the dress is the perfect length for them, but they are not necessary by any means--the fit is very forgiving. I paired with black and nude pumps, a gold watch, and gold hoop earrings--you probably could wear this dress with a statement necklace, but I liked the drape of the cowl neckline, so I did not.

I rented these earrings as part of my free Pro birthday rental. We were going to a Tigers game, and Tigs colors are orange and blue, so I figured orange dress, blue earrings, perfect. I did not end up wearing these earrings because they are quite large and give a very dramatic effect--too much look for a baseball game, even if I was dressing up more than usual. On the bright side, for large chandelier earrings, they were not super heavy or distracting to wear for the brief period I tried them on. If you are looking to rent these earrings for a formal event, I'd say go for it! They were just too fancy for my particular event.

I rented this dress using my free Pro birthday rental. We are Tigers fans, and my birthday itinerary was to spend the day in Detroit for a daytime Tigers game and lots of drinking and merriment. I rented the M and S and ended up wearing the M--the S was just a hint too tight in the bust, but then again, I am busty! I literally cannot explain how comfortable this dress is. The inner lining is some sort of grey jersey fabric--super soft and stretchy. I felt like I was wearing pajamas all day. The cut of the dress is very flattering, as it flared out just below my natural waist. The zipper bothered me a little bit, but only because it was pressing into my back all day because of my jacket. I wore this dress with black tights and blue Hunter boots and could not have looked cuter on my big day!

I ordered the 4 and 6 and wore the 6. The dress was slightly difficult to zip up--but I tend to run between a 6 and an 8. I did wear a low-back bustier bra with this dress and it was perfect--I was sad it was too cold to take my coat off and show how beautiful this dress really was! The dress came with a few snags which are not noticeable in the photographs--but the crochetwork is so intricate that I imagine they cannot be repaired. The color is a really, truly rich blue. My only comment is that the lining is hemmed with some sort of plasticky tape, which I think is intended to make the skirt poof. Mission accomplished, but man, that stuff is uncomfortable, and mine came a little twisted--I had to iron it down flat so the skirt would lay correctly. All in all, an awesome rental!
