A qualified success
I rented this dress for a black tie wedding. I was traveling internationally before the wedding, which made this a great time to try Rent The Runway. The logistics were perfect -- everything arrived on time and as expected, and returning the dress was simple. I was looking for a "magic moment", wearing a very fancy dress to a wedding and feeling like a million bucks. The dress fit a bit large, which made the feeling less magical. In the end, I looked great at the wedding, and RtR definitely eased the process of attending a black tie wedding. If only the sizing were a bit better, it would have been five stars.

The earrings were gorgous but quite heavy. This means the almighty clip-on was very strong. While I survived the evening, my earlobes still felt the pinch the next day.
