You wouldn't think elegant and comfortable would go together but they do in this dress! The pattern had a lovely Great Gatsby, 1920s party vibe and it was perfect for my event! I had an outdoor wedding at a country club and this dress hit the right note. It was so comfortable - I don't think I ever say this but I could have gone down to the 14W. The tag only says 16, not 16W but don't let that worry you. It will fit. I have a booty so it was a bit shorter on me, but nothing too revealing. It was still comfortable to stand, sit and dance around all night. I went with a nude pump and it worked quite well. It's interesting to note that the dress is a nude slip and the pattern is really an overlay - very clever. I could go on and on about this dress, but just go rent it. You won't regret it!

Ok first of all, I will start by saying that I adore all things Alexis Bittar. I am completely biased for his jewelry. Having said that, these earrings are absolutely amazing. I honestly rented these before I even knew what I was going to wear. I just had to have them. They were larger than expected (a plus in my book!), and they are clip ons! I knew that going into it, but it's still weird to me to wear them. They did not fall off however, and were not so heavy as to hurt my ears. I went to dinner, went out for the night and made it home without ever worrying about losing an earring or getting sore lobes. I would buy these up in a heartbeat if I could, I love them so much. To top it all off, when I left the restaurant with my friends (wore these for a birthday party), our waiter said "your earrings are bad ass! They look great!" so that made my night. I will be renting these again for sure.

this dress was fantastic!! I really cannot say enough about it. I am pretty tall (5'9" barefoot) so I thought it might be too short, but it hit just above the knee and was a modest length for a formal holiday event at my work. I also felt sexy enough to wear it out after the work party ended. I was incredibly comfortable all night long. Bonus was that the sleeves looked gorgeous without ever feeling matronly. I was worried they might be tight (they are not!) or look "old" but they looked lovely with the dress. It's a true navy, though the model photo looks black. And it really stands out in person. so keep in mind you will get second looks and compliments! I loved this dress and had no complaints!

I rented both the 16W and the 18W. I went with the 18W, which was surprising to me since I generally don't need to size up but with more high fashion designers I wasn't totally surprised. The 16W fit everywhere but was too tight across my hips to be comfortable. The slip underneath has no "give" so if your hips are wide like mine, you may need to size up. The waist of the 18W was a bit big, but because of the peplum I think it was not noticeable. It was clear this dress had been worn before (there were a few stray strings and sequins hanging off the dress) but it was also clear that it had been well cared for. I felt so classy and elegant in this dress and got numerous compliments! Because the dress is much more obviously a navy blue, I would suggest blue toned jewelry to bring that out. I felt incredibly comfortable in this dress once I got used to it being shorter than the length I normally wear. Since I'm pretty tall (5'9") it was about 2" above the knee. The slip did not ride up and the sequin overlay stayed in place. All in all, I was very impressed. I would rent this designer again in a heartbeat. It fits well to curves.

This necklace was gorgeous, but unfortunately it arrived with a few broken clasps and I was not able to wear it. I was super bummed because I was really looking forward to it, but I did not have time to get something overnighted to me. Customer service was top notch though, and they refunded the cost of the rental. I'll probably try to rent it again because I just could not get over how glamorous it looked! Will agree with other commenters that it was heavy (though that doesn't bother me) and the glasses pieces are smokier than they appear in photos.

I felt like a Hollywood celebrity in this necklace. I had a low-cut dress and wanted a stand out necklace. This absolutely fit the bill! I got compliments on it and once it was on, I didn't have to think about it again. It's extremely light and delicate, so easy to forget you're even wearing it. The only thing I'll say is that the way the drops are connected makes straightening them out a bit tricky when it's first out of the box but once you get them aligned and they lie flat, you are good to go. I would buy this necklace in a heartbeat! I am sure I'll be renting it again.

This was a dream. As it was my first time renting from RTR, I got the 16W and the 18W. I am often between sizes (thanks to my hips) and wanted to make sure that what I ordered fit me. The sizing runs a bit large (in my opinion) and the 18W was definitely big. Since it's an A-line style, there were no hip issues here. It flared out really nicely and was a respectable length (I worried it might be too short base on the model online but it was not). The 18 was much too big in the top area so the 16 was a better fit. I potentially could have worn the 14, but I think it wouldn't have made a huge difference. If I was really busty, I think it would have been an issue. I got compliments on this ALL night long and really felt like such a babe (if I'm being honest here). I wore this in Vegas for a friend's bachelorette and it was the PERFECT party dress. It didn't get too hot in the club and it fit right in. I would like to note that due to the sequin fabric, there is some friction along your underarm where your arm rubs against the armhole. I had a very slight rash the next day, but it went away after a day and didn't really bother me. Also, since I've worn sequins before, I was expecting that. So to anyone thinking of renting this as their first ever sequin dress - just be aware that it may cause some discomfort. Certainly not enough to notice on the night of the event or dampen my fun. I will absolutely be renting again!
