Great flowy style with nice exposure for arms and back.
Probably could wear a size 4 if you have a smaller bust like me. Was able to wear a strapless bra underneath with a little double-sided tape to keep it hidden. Flowing style also helps hide any sins of extra eating and/or drinking at an event. Would wear it again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous dress for a hip event! Eye catching without exposing too much.
Medium was the right size for someone like me with wider hips and thighs. As others note, it does tend to ride up a bit, but it wasn't a major problem. Material is great - can get by without spanx if desired. Style makes it easy to dress and forget it - no worrying about bra straps showing, too much cleavage exposure.
