Stretchy. Great fit as pinstripes can be dicey. The back pocket says Simon Miller. I’m not really a fan of back pocket advertising.

I ordered both the size 2, and the size 4 I wish the size 2 would have fit in the chest because the length was perfect. This one had a better fit in my chest, but sadly was a little long, but I ended up wearing the 4 since I had rented it for a special event
