Beautiful dress not right for me
Definitely form fitting, needs shapewear if you have any flaws you want to hide. Ended up choosing my second choice as they didn’t ship my actual size but a size smaller. Was still comfortable but probably would have liked it better in my size. Plenty of stretch.

Absolutely stunning in person
Based on the reviews I got the 16R and the 14R as my back up. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only did I fit in the 14R but because of the ruffle I did not even need shapewear underneath. The fabric is absolutely stunningly beautiful in person. All the reviews are correct in that photos just don't do this dress justice. The fabric has no give to it so be confident and realistic in your size choices. I highly recommend this dress to anyone looking to stand out and wow the crowd.

Back up dress I didn't get to wear but wish I would have
This dress was beautiful and slimming. Definitely required shapewear as the fabric isn't the type to "hide" problem areas however the draping across the belly is flattering. In the end I picked the more dramatic dress for my event. Still wish I could have found a reason to wear this one as well.

Beauty and comfort
Wore this on NYE for a "formal" sweet 16 party for one of my friends daughters. This dress made me feel beautiful and classy without making me look like I was trying to out dress or keep up with the 16 year olds. The material is thick without being hot and moves very well. The dress has good stretch but also holds you in nicely. My chest is not super perky anymore so I was worried about how the girls would look it in. They looked great. This is the first dress I've ever been able to go without a bra with and the girls stayed in place without being squished or drooping. Although I didn't find the material as good at hiding my flaws as other reviewers had mentioned, shapewear definitely fixed that. I normally wear a 16R so I was excited that not only did I fit into the 14R but it gave me an hourglass figure that can be difficult to achieve with my normal pair shaped figure. Beautiful dress in a gorgeous color. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a showstopper
