Definitely cropped
I wore this with high-waisted jeans and is was more cropped than I was wanting, but loved the pattern and buttons!

I loved the color of this purse, however, it was too small to fit my iPhone in it which wasn't ideal. So just be aware, it's a credit card and lipstick type of purse :)
