The proportions on the top to the bottom and where the cutouts hit on me just was not flattering on me

Too big on the top but too small on the bottom
This dress would probably fit better for someone who is not pear shaped. I sized up based on some reviews and glad I did or I couldn’t have worn it at all. It was half size too tight on the bottom and a size too tight on the top so if I sized up more I would have been swimming in the top. Overall it worked and I looked cute, but wasn’t a perfect fit.
