Dress of the Night
Loved this dress. Fit true to size and felt amazing on. The fabric has a nice weight to it and steamed beautifully before the event. The lace-up back is gorgeous, though the ties are very long. I did sit on them once and they came undone, so my husband had to retie me. Slight inconvenience, still worth it. I ordered both the 4 and 6 and went with the 6. The 4 fit my bust better, but was too short with heels. I’m 5’6 for reference. Fabric was thick enough that you couldn’t see the pasties I was wearing (huge win). Paired it with a light blue shoe and bag inspired by another renter’s pic and loved the look. Only regret? Not taking any photos! I felt incredible in this dress all night. Would absolutely rent again.

Rent the set
I only rented the skirt, thinking I could dress it down with a simple tank, but that didn’t quite work out. The skirt itself is great: thicker material (in a good way) and really well made. But the thicker, fold-over waistband is definitely noticeable if you’re wearing anything fitted up top. I didn’t end up reaching for it while I had it, but I’d rent it again with the matching top next time. Check out the pics I uploaded to see why it’s a little tricky to style solo.

Beach Party Hit
Rented the full set—top and skirt—and both pieces fit true to size. For my second (free) top, I sized down just in case, but didn’t need to. I felt super comfortable all night. Loved that the skirt had a nice flow to it. My Skims shorts stayed hidden, no problem. Paired it with flat brown sandals for a more laid-back look, and it all came together perfectly.

Great dress, fun on the dance floor
Fabric is thicker then it looks in pictures, which allows for better coverage. The smaller size fit my top better. The bigger size draped over the rest of my body more comfortably. Ultimately I went with the smaller size because the dress straps are not adjustable and I didn’t want to worry about fidgeting all night. I was also unsuccessful at finding shape wear that fit underneath, which I usually never go without. With that said, I felt good overall and thought it was a great dress for the occasion.

Felt like the bell of the ball! In a sea of mostly b&w, the color couldn't have been more unique.
Fit cons: small bust which made for a night of fidgeting with my fabric tape trying to make sure I wasn't flashing anyone. Fit pros: length was perfect and the dress was very complimentary to the shape of my body.

I received so many compliments on the dress from the minute I walked out my front door!
The dress wasn't available in a 6 so I went with a size 8. It definitely fit true to size so I know had a 6 been available it would have fitted that much more perfect.
