Loved It
A nice, crisp, white top. As others stated, it is not fitted, but it's not supposed to be. Was able to wear with a nude strapless bra and you couldn't see through it. Steamed it and wore it again before I sent it back. Sleeve length wasn't too short for long arms.

A Miss
I'm a size 4 (sometimes 2) and the 36R was SO tight around the rib cage I couldn't zip it up the side. Breast size aside, as I still had room there and it's somewhat adjustable with the tie. I would say this would be better for petite girls with small bone structure, but they would probably drown in the tea length.

Pros and Cons
This dress had pros and cons - I'm usually between size 2 and 4, but the 2 was unavailable as a backup. The 4 fit fine, but a 2 might have been better..and the one I was sent had a lot of wear and was a little dingy on the white collar. Since the fabric is stiff scuba material, when sitting, the whole rib cage of the dress kind of shifts upward (this might have been prevented by a smaller size.) It's a beautiful and unique dress that got many compliments. I noticed the scratchy fabric as mentioned, but it's nothing that would keep you from wearing it or being comfortable. It's a great find for tall girls!

I wore the 2 and had a 4 as backup, but could have worn either size. The length was great even though I'm 5'10.
