Great cut. Short length
Square neck is perfect - covers chest. Fabric is lightweight and doesn't wrinkle. The dress overall is 1-2 inches shorter than I'd prefer for work. With black tights it's fine but without it's on the short side (and I'm 5'4").

Love the pattern but top part overwhelmed with so much fabric. Didn't like the button front - made gaps when sitting. It is short which makes it suitable for casual/weekends only (couldn't wear to work).

Surprised by this long black dress
I'm 5'4" and feared this would overwhelm. Hits me mid-calf but works because it's slim. Love that there are two hook and eye closures at the waist in addition to buttons, ensuring no peek-a-boo tummy when you sit! One star deducted because the back is a little strange with the puckered fabric. Overall a really great dress for the office that's comfortable.

Beautiful, light summer dress
Light weight, great pattern and all around hit! Received many compliments at work which usually does not happen. Hit me just above the knee (I'm 5'4"). True LK Bennett fit which means it's tight through the waist. Worked for me but consider sizing up if that might be an issue.

Beautiful pattern and lightweight
Loved the style - perfect dress for summer. I'm 5'4" and could wear with flats. Don't recommend for anyone shorter than that. One star deducted because of the deep v neck and the useless snap meant to cover cleavage. I'm small on top and I couldn't even button the snap so wore tank top underneath. Not my ideal look but still liked it.

Huge and not correct sizing
Order your normal US size as the UK is equivalent in this one. I'm US size 4 so ordered UK 8 as per sizing listed. It was like a US 8.

Great color, lots of fabric
Fits as expected on top (I'm a size 2 top and got the 38). The ruffled bottom is a bit billowy but works well paired with skinny jeans/pants.
