I love a cotton RTR dress, but sometimes they need a serious ironing when they arrive. This one did not! I wore it for plane travel (sneakers and a jean jacket) and out to dinner (no jacket, sandals) and felt chic in both cases. The color is great and the flow made it an elegant dress without being tight or too confining for sitting on an airplane.

I loved this dress! Fitted at the waist but not tight, the top was just the right amount of blousy, and the skirt hung beautifully. I got lots of compliments and felt so put together. The fabric is elegant and did not need to be ironed, it looked like a new dress and I was comfortable in it all day and into the evening.

I wore this dress to a work event where I wanted to look polished but not stuffy. It was just that! Definitely do not wear a blazer or jacket over, it will ruin the effect of the fabric along the back and shoulders.
